When OrderingPlease have your orders complete and use catalog numbers when ordering. Ask your sales represen- tative to check inventory availability and prices on important items.Minimum OrdersQuality GuaranteeIf you are not 100% satisfied with your order, return your purchase within 10 days in its original condition for a complete refund or credit. No ques- tions asked. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If there is a shortage or error in your order, we must be notified within 10 days or receipt of materials.ReturnsClaims for shortages, damages, incorrect titles or products, etc. must be made within 30 daysof the invoice date. When requesting a return authorization, please have your invoice informa- tion available. All returns must be authorized and CA# noted on the outside of the carton, or return will be refused and returned at send- er’s expense. All returns containing books must be returned in re-saleable condition. Please pack carfully! We have the right to refuse any return over 30 days!Refused OrdersAll refused and unclaimed shipments, or those re- turned due to customer error, are subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to all freight costs.Returned ChecksAccounts will be charged $30.00 for checks re- turned for any reason.TermsTerms are FOB., COD, cash or certified check. Acceptance of company check or net 30 terms require our prior approval via a review of your credit application.Minimum first order is $150.00. Refill order min- imum is $50.00. A service charge of $5.00 will be added to any order less than $50.00 unless order was placed earlier that day.Foreign OrdersMinimum foreign order is $350.00. To meet exporting requirements, we will need addition-al time to prepare shipments outside the U.S.A. A$38.50 charge will be added to any shipment containing wildlife products (fur and feathers). Any other charges will depend on the size of the order and types of special handling involved. All orders must be prepaid, no COD shipments will be made to Canada or overseas.BackordersItems on backorder will be indicated in the col- umn marked B/O on your invoice. We will send you a postcard or we will contact you when your backordered merchandise is ready for shipment. All backorders are shipped FOB Sellersville.PricesPrices are subject to change without notice.
